Well, week 1 was a success after a few rearranging sessions (thanks OCD) and the first few fabulous clients who braved the new waters with me! I am happy to report, that I think you will love it here as much as I do! Staci LaRue (In2itive Fitness) and I are not only thrilled to be sharing space again but now, in our Industrial Chic, downtown Leesburg home! First I’d like to mention that, in regards to the location, this was the beautiful home of ‘Green Mansions’ which you can still find online! www.Green-Mansions.com. Rima is an amazing woman with a beautiful business that is still as amazing as she is, so check it out! Our sign is on it’s way, so you will still see hers on the awning until then!

Ok, now for a few housekeeping details…. With a new location and the time we are all living in, there are some new procedures I’d like to share! If you are coming to see me for the very first time, I will send you an online intake form to fill out before your appointment. This will not only save paper by keeping it digital, it will give us more time for YOU. Next, and most importantly….If on the day of your appointment, you are feeling unwell, PLEASE let me know so that we can reschedule. I always prefer a 24 hour notice to change or cancel an appointment, however in the case of illness, please let me know. I will give you the same courtesy. Let’s keep each other well!

When you arrive for your spa treatment, you’ll be greeted at the door since we both work one-on-one with our clients! I will have plush slippers for you to slide into (if you’re ready to kick off your shoes) to start your experience. Staci has an amazing gym floor for her guests and I respect her in how she cares for it. Also, who doesn’t love cozy slippers? If nothing else, please wipe your feet:)

When we enter the cozy spa area, you will notice that there is now a sauna that can be reserved ahead of time! Until the scheduling procedure for this is set up, you will go through me. Let me know in advance so I can reserve time for you. (Pricing and Scheduling online/through In2itive Fitness will be available soon!) I for one am ECSTATIC about this little amenity! (more details in another post on how FABULOUS Infrared Saunas are for you!

Scheduling and Social Media…. I admit it! I am horrible with social media but trying to work on that for updates, etc. Being a solo, I haven’t had to push too hard (thank you all, I am forever grateful!) for business since I have mostly been by referral. So, don’t feel like you’re missing something….I am working on it! Best place for info now is either going to be from my website (www.organicplumskincare.com) in case you are reading this post on FB. Also, if you haven’t already checked out my website, I’d love for you to do that so you can see what is new with Services and Pricing!

You can go to ‘Contact Me‘ for making any requests. When you want to schedule or have a question, feel free to call me, but I am rarely able to pick right up. I will call you back ASAP but sometimes an email is better too, so I can answer after hours. When you inquire through the website contact sheet, that comes directly to my email. Another mention is that I do not have a waiting room in my new space. This is for many reasons but you will still have access to some lovely ‘extras’ you know have been part of the studio provisions:) If you know, you know….if not, I look forward to meeting and welcoming you into the new space here at Madison Trade Plaza!
